Their office handled my enquiry efficiently, and their engineer John arrived early, quickly found the fault with our electric gates, installed replacement beams, and re-commissioned them. Gatedoctors (previously called AAC) have installed and maintained our gates for some 20+ years. Problems are dealt with swiftly and communication is always clear. Sam has over the last few years provided effective solutions to a range of automatic gate problems. Any unexpected issues that have arisen are dealt with swiftly and without hesitation. Most recently a unit failed and Sam liaised directly with the supplier to ensure the replacement was covered by the warranty.
